"I have had an affinity for design and decorating since I was a small child. Interior design has been a constant in my life and after college at UC Davis I decided to take the leap and pursue my passion as a career.
I began working at a premier design studio in Chico, CA (where I am from) and felt myself drawn to the retail portion of the business. I loved the feeling of helping someone find something special for their home, whether it be furniture for an entire room, or simply accessories to finish off a space. I moved to San Francisco and continued to work in retail, at the largest furniture store in the city! I collaborated with many top designers in the Bay Area and was completely immersed in the furniture world. Then I had kids!
I have spent the last 9 years (7 of those years in Portland) raising my 3 children, working on projects for my own home and continuously helping friends with design decisions large and small. This year my youngest began Kindergarten and everyone kept asking, "are you going to go back to work?!" And then, like magic, I met Danielle Kinder!
My personal design style is transitional, both elevated and approachable. I love nothing more than helping people turn their house into a home. I am here to help you make important decisions based on your wants, needs, lifestyle and budget. I have found a new home at Kinder Home and could not be more excited to help you find yours!"

Our 1-hour in-house design consultation fee is $75. This fee will be charged during scheduling and is non-refundable for no-show or cancellations less than 48-hours.
